Eligibility window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
What qualifies for a return
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and inside the original shoebox (if applicable). Please do not tape or place labels directly on the product box; use the outer shipping packaging.
- If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, it is covered under our quality promise and will be accepted for return or exchange regardless of the above conditions once we verify the fault.
Non-returnable items
Unless explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase, all products sold on our website are eligible for return.
Return shipping costs
We provide free return shipping for all eligible orders within the United States. There is no restocking fee and no hidden charge. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return label.
How to start a return
Email us at info@steverrmaadden.it.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Our team will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (usually within 1 business day). Package the item securely, affix the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Refund timeline
We inspect every return the moment it arrives back at our facility. Once the inspection is passed, your refund is processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, the funds are submitted to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
