Where we ship
We ship to all physical addresses within the United States. At this time we do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes, or to U.S. territories.
Processing time
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team picks, packs, and prepares it for shipment within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may extend slightly, but we will always communicate any unexpected delay.
Carrier selection
We work with a network of trusted national carriers — including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your package is chosen at our discretion based on destination, package size, and service availability to ensure the fastest possible transit time.
Delivery time
After your order leaves our facility, standard delivery within the United States takes 3–5 business days. This means your total expected wait time from order to doorstep is approximately 4–7 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden surcharges.
Order tracking
As soon as a shipping label is generated, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery issues
If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please let us know within 5 days. While we are not responsible for packages after they are confirmed delivered, we will do everything we can to help you locate the shipment or file a carrier claim.
